• All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
• During high-demand seasons or promotional events, processing may take longer. We will notify you in case of significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

• We ship via reliable domestic and international courier services, including DHL, FedEx, TCS, Leopard Courier, and others.
• Customers may request preferred carriers at checkout, and we’ll accommodate if available.

3. Shipping Rates

• Shipping charges are calculated based on order volume, weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Bulk orders may qualify for discounted shipping rates or free shipping, depending on ongoing promotions.

4. Delivery Time

• Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation email.
• You can track your order via  respective courier service or by contacting us.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees applicable in their country.
• Revoult wear is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

7. Delivery Issues

• If an order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of expected delivery.
• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer replacements/refunds as per our return policy.

8. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that all shipping information is complete and accurate.
• We are not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
